Anik Elsi is a multidisciplinary creative that specializes in graphic design and visual art. They work with nonprofits and other mission-based organizations to create brand awareness and partner on artistic efforts. Anik studied Fashion Design for three years at Kent State University but left to pursue an interest in activism. They believe that art is a powerful tool to advocate for social change. Anik holds an Associate’s of Arts from Trident Technical Institute.
Anik got their start at Fresh Future Farm as one of three founding staff members. They worked as a cashier during spring and winter breaks. After leaving college, Anik became a full-time employee and was promoted to Store Manager. Anik also felt that the Farm could benefit from improved branding and marketing and took on the role of Creative Manager. Anik creates strategic social media post schedules for fundraisers by designing graphics for every day of the campaign.
Anik’s most notable work includes cover art and design layout for the Farm’s first cookbook entitled, “Cookin’ Jones: Ignite your Culinary Spirit'' and a 50-foot mural that reflects 500 years of history in the Chicora/Cherokee community.
