Gluten-free Blueberry Dumpcake

Ingredients:


Filling:

  • 2 cups apples

  • 2 cups blueberries

  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest

  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 6 Tbsp almond flour

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Topping:

  • 1 cup oats (certified gluten-free)

  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup packed almond flour

  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds

  • 7 Tbsp melted butter

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix the filling ingredients directly in a 9" x 6" baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix the topping ingredients together. Cover the fruit mixture with the topping and spread evenly. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
